CB Gedda was founded in 1913 by Carl Birger Gedda as a wholesaler and trade agency concentrating mainly on textile products. He ran CB Gedda until 1935, when Oswald Wickman took over the company. In 1965 Oswald’s son Bengt Wickman came into the company only to take over the business in 1969.

Since July 1st 2003 Anders Johansson is the owner and CEO of CB Gedda AB. After his textile education in 1969 Anders has worked in more or less all sections within textile production, from spinning to delivery of ready made garments within fashion, workwear, protective clothing, hometextile and technical textile.
