WE HAVE HISTORY


Since 2023 Henrik Söderholtz is the owner and CEO of CB Gedda AB, succeeding his father Anders Johansson and thus starting another chapter in the history of CB Gedda.


Anders, who is still with the company today, has worked in most sectors of textile production from spinning to delivery of ready-made garments within fashion, workwear, protective clothing, home textile and technical textile products. 


In 2003 Anders took ownership of CB Gedda from Bengt Wickman, who had came into the company in 1965, and took over the business in 1985 from his father, Oswald Wickman.


But the story doesn't end here, and to understand our name, CB Gedda, we start in 1913 when the company was founded by Carl Birger Gedda as a wholesaler and trade agency. Already then, the focus was on textile products with the right quality and price for the application.


As a company with many years of experience and thorough knowledge of textile production, we assure our customers the best suited product is always delivered.
