Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales department, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. You will engage directly with our valued clients, helping them make informed purchasing decisions by providing them with accurate and relevant product information.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks to assist the sales team, such as updating databases, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
  • Communicate directly with customers via email and phone, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage the booking of customer orders and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support customers by providing them with the technical details and specifications they need to make confident purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth operations between product sourcing and delivery.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a sales or retail environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
  • Knowledge or interest in textiles, fashion, and technical gear is an advantage.
